Scottsdale Behavioral Health Hospital, a 100 bed facility and a division of  Banner Health, Arizona’s largest health care provider has a current opportunity for Acute Adult RN with at least 1 year of psych experience.  Hours are varied and consist of all shifts.   

This is a Full Time position (40hrs) with a work schedule of 3pm to 11:30pm with varied work days and rotating weekends.

Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs. Formulates a plan of care, including the discharge plan, utilizing assessment data, patient, family and health team input. Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of the activities of the health care team. Evaluates the patient’s and family’s response to care and teaching, and revise the plan of care as needed.

Must possess a current valid Arizona RN license or temporary Arizona RN permit. One year experience in behavioral health/psych nursing is essential.
