Job Description

Assists Emergency Department nursing personnel as required. Performs procedures for which they are prepared in a safe and efficient manner under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Reports all pertinent information to appropriate personnel.

EMT Training Course or PCT certification required. Current BLS/CPR Certified credited from America Heart Association required. Knowledge of basic patient assessment skills, and Emergency Department, Cardiopulmonary Procedures. Minimum of three (3) years as a PCT or EMT with one year experience preferred. Good verbal and written skills in the English language.
