Multi-award winning Delray Medical Center will begin Versant New Grad Registered Nurse training March 1st. This 18 week training program is a partnership between Delray Medical Center and Versant and is a Novice to Expert evidence based residency that is customized to meet the needs of the new grad RN and Delray Medical Center. This program carries a three-year commitment to Delray Medical Center and the first two of the three years is a commitment to the unit hired into.
