Job Description

The Clinical Level 1 Nurse has a basic knowledge of nursing care and is able to carry out routine patient care assignments.
Is able to work in a controlled patient care situation.
Carries out established nursing procedures.
Assesses patient, family, and physician needs.
Communicates information between members of the patient care team, providing a safe environment, documenting nursing activities and nursing care rendered, and works within guidelines of Nursing Services.
**This full-time position works days Monday- Friday at our Unifour Pain Treatment Center.
Current RN license or temporary license issued by the State of North Carolina. Must maintain current CPR certification.
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
Knowledge of policies and procedures approved by this facility.
Able to pass pharmacology/medication test and basic arrhythmia test in appropriate areas.
