Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: The Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse is a professional nurse who must exhibit an expertise in the management of inpatient during the acute phase of their illness as well as the long-term management of the patient, coordinate a comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program and maintains the standard of nursing practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure/certification/registration: CPR Certification/Current license in State of Texas /ACLS certification.
Experience Required: Has at least five years experience in nursing, three of which must be in direct care of the cardiac patient.
Preferred: Previous cardiac rehab nursing experience
