Job Description
Qualifications: American Board of Podiatric Surgery (ABPS) Board Certification Required Upon date of hire, podiatrist must be ABPS eligible in both Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery ABPS Board Qualification required within 1 (one) year of hire ABPS Board Certification required within 3 (three) years of hire California State Licence to practice Podiatry DEA License to prescirbe schedule II, III, IV, V substances Radiology X ray and Fluoroscopy Supervisor and Operator Certification (due to CA State testing dates this can be obtained after hire) CPR certification National Provider Identifier (NPI) required as of May 23, 2007.Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting ethics and integrity, reporting non compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulation, accreditation and license requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
